Module 01: Introduction to Quantum Computing | Module 02: Quantum Technology & Ecosystem
Brief intermission before the afternoon session
Module 03: Quantum Threats & Quantum-Safe Technologies | Module 04 Part 1: Quantum-Safe Enterprise Architecture | Live Q&A (1:30–2:00 PM)
Day 1 opens with a deep dive into the fundamental building blocks of quantum computing and the rapidly evolving global quantum technology landscape. These first two modules are designed to establish the conceptual fluency required for everything that follows.
Core principles of quantum mechanics including qubits, superposition, entanglement, and quantum gates. Participants will understand how quantum computing fundamentally differs from classical computing and why this matters for cybersecurity.
An exploration of the broader quantum ecosystem: hardware platforms, software stacks, quantum operations, and the global landscape. Participants will gain visibility into how hardware and software technologies converge to form the emerging quantum industry.
After a short break, Day 1 shifts focus toward the cybersecurity implications of quantum computing and how organisations can begin preparing their cryptographic environments for the post-quantum era.
Covers Shor's Algorithm, Grover's Algorithm, risks to RSA/ECC, and the Harvest Now, Decrypt Later (HNDL) attack strategy. Introduces NIST PQC standards and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) concepts as countermeasures.
Introduces enterprise quantum readiness: cryptographic inventory management, CBOM (Cryptography Bill of Materials), vulnerability impact analysis, and enterprise risk understanding. Provides the organisational visibility framework for quantum-safe planning.
The day concludes with a live Q&A session (1:30–2:00 PM) with the lead trainer to clarify concepts and address participant questions.
Quantum-Safe Enterprise Architecture: Migration planning, readiness frameworks, PQC & QKD deployment designs
Real-World Industry Use Cases: BFSI, Healthcare, Critical Infrastructure, Cloud Security
Hands-On Practical Exposure: PQC Discovery, CBOM Creation, CycloneDX, Risk Classification
PQC Career Roadmap & Q&A Interactive Discussion
Day 2 begins with Module 04 Part 2, extending the enterprise architecture module into actionable migration planning — moving organisations from quantum-risk identification to structured deployment.
Structured approaches to evaluate an organisation's current cryptographic exposure and quantum-risk posture.
Step-by-step guidance for planning and prioritising the transition from legacy cryptographic systems to quantum-safe alternatives.
Practical design considerations for deploying Post-Quantum Cryptography and Quantum Key Distribution within enterprise environments.
This session runs 10:00–11:00 AM IST.
Module 05 Part 1 (11:00–11:30 AM IST) examines how quantum risks and quantum-safe strategies manifest differently across industries and critical technology environments. Understanding sector-specific requirements is essential for practitioners advising or working within these domains.
Protecting financial transactions and sovereign data systems from long-horizon quantum decryption threats.
Securing patient data privacy and communications infrastructure as quantum timelines accelerate.
Safeguarding operational technology, national security communications, and long-lived classified systems.
Addressing quantum vulnerabilities in cloud-native architectures, APIs, and shared infrastructure environments.
Followed by a short break at 11:30 AM.
Module 05 Part 2 (11:45 AM–12:45 PM) moves beyond conceptual knowledge into a structured, hands-on session. Participants will work through real-world activities including PQC discovery, CBOM creation, CycloneDX format understanding, and risk classification — with CBOM expert preparation guidance.
Identifying cryptographic assets and algorithms within enterprise environments.
Understanding the CycloneDX standard for cryptographic bill of materials representation.
Building a Cryptography Bill of Materials to catalogue cryptographic dependencies.
Classifying cryptographic assets by quantum-risk level to prioritise remediation efforts.
Module 06 (12:45–1:30 PM) provides a structured overview of the emerging career landscape for professionals looking to build expertise in this high-growth area. Navigating research careers, quantum software development, quantum security roles, PQC consulting, and industry certifications.
This module is particularly relevant for students, early-career technologists, and cybersecurity practitioners seeking to understand how to position themselves at the intersection of quantum computing and enterprise security. Whether you are exploring research, consulting, or hands-on engineering, the session maps out actionable next steps for building a credible quantum-safe career.
The CQRF™ Programme is designed to be accessible to a wide range of technology and security professionals. No advanced quantum computing background is required — the programme begins with foundational concepts and progressively builds toward enterprise applications and practical quantum-safe technologies.
Security analysts, architects, and practitioners seeking to understand quantum threats to existing cryptographic systems.
IT engineers and infrastructure specialists responsible for systems that depend on current encryption standards.
Professionals managing cloud-native environments who need to evaluate quantum-safe readiness across their platforms.
Enterprise and solution architects designing long-lived systems that must account for the post-quantum transition.
Academic participants looking to build foundational quantum literacy and explore research or industry pathways in PQC.
